AR SBRs

SBRs: short barrels with a stock. An NFA item, transferred on a Form 4.
SBRs follow the NFA path

Under Virginia Code § 18.2-300, a short-barreled rifle or shotgun is illegal to possess unless it is registered on an approved NFA form. We do not transfer SBRs or SBSs without an approved Form 4. Pick it up here and we handle the Form 4. Or we ship it to your FFL/SOT dealer. Whether a receiving FFL/SOT dealer does the Form 4 transfer is their choice, so ask them first.
