Ironcrest Arms operates by appointment only. All pickups, drop-offs, consultations, and transfers must be scheduled in advance. Use the Schedule page to book.

Items ordered through our concierge service are paid for at the time of order. We then order the item and have it shipped to our shop for your transfer.

If the item is out of stock, or allocated as shipments come in, we require a 25% down payment and place the order immediately.

Ironcrest Arms is not currently accepting FFL or private sale transfers without prior notice. A shipment that arrives without prior approval:

• Carries a surcharge.
• May be delayed up to 2 business days after the original scheduled delivery date to process, due to our shipping and receiving schedule.
• Is returned to sender if we cannot allocate time for the transfer that week.

All firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer, no exceptions. Your receiving dealer must send a copy of their license to [email protected] with your name and order number before we ship. Transfer fees are subject to your receiving FFL. For full shipping details, see our Shipping Policy.

Virginia sales tax of 6% applies to all applicable purchases. Ironcrest Arms is located in the Richmond area (Central Virginia transportation district). Law enforcement agencies and government entities with tax-exempt status must provide documentation before purchase.

Firearms and other items left at our facility beyond the 30-day pickup window without contact from the owner will incur storage charges. Items remaining unclaimed for an extended period may be disposed of in accordance with Virginia law.

NFA items are non-refundable once ATF paperwork has been submitted. Suppressors transfer on a 4473 for GOA members and Silencer Shop purchases, or on a Form 4 on request. SBRs are not transferred without an approved Form 4. If a Form 4 transfer is denied by the ATF, the buyer is responsible for arranging an alternate transfer or disposition. Standard orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once an item has shipped, the return policy applies.

On build orders (Build a Firearm, SBRs and custom builds) the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Once a build has been transferred, the full price is non-refundable. NFA manufacturing cannot be canceled once work has started.

Law enforcement quotes are valid for 30 days and subject to change after that period. Departments may purchase via purchase order with net-30 invoicing. Contact [email protected] for department pricing, procurement, and contract inquiries.

Once an item is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of damage is the buyer's responsibility. We will assist in filing carrier claims. If a firearm shipped to or from Ironcrest Arms is lost or stolen in transit, report it to us immediately so we can file the required report with the ATF.

All transfers comply with federal, state, and local law.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Online inventory is updated regularly but does not guarantee availability. If an item is out of stock or discontinued after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be completed in compliance with federal, state, or local law. We do not ship to jurisdictions where the item is restricted. Buyer is responsible for knowing their local laws.

Limited lifetime warranty on the Ironcrest machined aluminum receiver for defects in materials and workmanship, for the service life of the receiver. Transferable, and claimed by serial number — no receipt required. We repair or replace the receiver at our option; our liability is limited to the purchase price of the receiver. A replacement serialized receiver ships to an FFL.

Finish, wear, color variation, and cosmetic blemishes are not covered on any lower. No returns, refunds, or exchanges for appearance. Misuse, neglect, corrosion, and modification of the receiver void this warranty; normal installation of mil-spec or aftermarket parts does not. Installed third-party parts are warranted by their manufacturers.

Every lower is pin-gauged and test-fit to an upper; ambi-equipped and complete lowers also have all three ambi controls cycled and a magazine drop checked from both sides. Stripped and complete lowers are not live-fired. Complete rifles are function-checked and test-fired before delivery. If one won't cycle, we make it right.

Limited 3-year warranty. It covers the Ironcrest printed receiver against defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years from the date of first retail sale. It is transferable and claimed by serial number, with no receipt needed. We repair or replace the receiver at our option, or apply its purchase price as credit toward a machined aluminum Ironcrest lower; liability is limited to the purchase price. Replacement serialized receivers ship to an FFL. Not covered: cosmetic condition (including visible layer lines), heat or chemical damage, misuse, neglect, or modification of the receiver. Installed third-party parts are warranted by their manufacturers.
