Shipping policy

Orders typically ship within 3–10 business days. This covers payment verification, compliance checks, and confirmation of your receiving FFL's license where applicable. Most items are fulfilled through our distribution partners and may not ship directly from Virginia unless it is a custom Ironcrest Arms product or in-house build. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships.

All firearms and serialized components must ship to a licensed FFL dealer for transfer. We do not ship serialized items to residential addresses.

Your receiving dealer must send a copy of their license with your full name and order number before shipment. If the dealer's FFL is not on file, your order will not ship. Contact information is included in your receipt.

We ship ammunition, magazines, parts, and accessories to your home address unless restricted by your state or local jurisdiction. You are responsible for knowing what is legal where you live. If we cannot ship an item to your address, we will notify you and either adjust or cancel the order.

We do not accept shipped unserialized firearms. HB 40 serialization is drop-off only, by appointment. Serialized firearms are picked up at our facility or shipped back to the address on the owner's government-issued ID. See HB 40 serialization.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled in compliance with applicable law. This includes jurisdictions with assault weapon bans, suppressor restrictions, magazine capacity limits, or other regulations affecting shipments.
