Dealer Program
Manufacturer-direct wholesale for licensed FFL partners — no distributor markup.
The Ironcrest Dealer Program
Ironcrest Arms is a Type 07 Federal Firearms Licensee and SOT Class 2 manufacturer. We build our own AR-15 lower receivers, serialize and engrave in-house on our own CNC and laser equipment, and manufacture NFA items under Form 2. The Dealer Program extends manufacturer-direct wholesale pricing to licensed FFL partners who want to stock or drop-ship Ironcrest-manufactured product.
Every item in the dealer catalog is priced under our published MSRP, with a second bulk tier for qualifying quantities. You carry the margin between our wholesale price and your retail counter — we handle the manufacturing, serialization, and compliant transfer.
Why Partner With a Manufacturer
-
Direct-from-manufacturer pricing — no distributor markup between you and the maker.

-
Two-tier wholesale pricing: standard dealer price, plus a bulk tier for qualifying quantities.
-
Virginia-built, appointment-based fulfillment with predictable lead times.
-
Full compliance support on every transfer — FFL-to-FFL shipping, documentation, and NFA paperwork.
What's Available to Dealers
Rifles — Sentinel, Vestige, Redline
Full-featured (Sentinel), Virginia-compliant (Vestige), and Maryland-compliant (Redline) AR-15 platform rifles in Standard, Select, and Elite tiers — built on Ironcrest-manufactured lowers. All three lines share the same tier structure and dealer pricing. Configuration specified at order.
Stripped Lowers
Ironcrest-manufactured AR-15 stripped lower receivers — serialized, engraved, ready for build. Standard serial format (ICA-YY-XXXXX) or a custom prefix at order. Complete lowers (mil-spec / upgraded) available on request.
NFA Manufacturing Services
Dealer rates for bringing a customer's firearm through in-house NFA manufacturing (Form 2 → Form 4 civilian, Form 5 LEO) and engraving. As of January 1, 2026, the $200 NFA tax stamp has been eliminated for suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, and AOWs.
Suppressors — Agency Fulfillment Only
Ironcrest-manufactured suppressors are LEO-only across every Ironcrest catalog. Dealer access is for agency fulfillment only — placing a Form 5 order on behalf of a law-enforcement customer. Not available for civilian resale inventory. Dealers seeking civilian suppressor inventory should source through distributor brands (SilencerCo, Rugged, Dead Air, Surefire, and others).
