Transfers
FFL Transfers & Shipping
Ironcrest Arms is not currently accepting FFL or private sale transfers without prior notice. Shipments arriving without prior approval are subject to a surcharge or may be returned to sender.
All firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer — no exceptions. Your receiving dealer must send a copy of their license to [email protected] with your name and order number before we ship.
Transfer fees are subject to your receiving FFL. We do not dictate their prices or policies. For full shipping details, see our Shipping Policy.

Sales Tax
Virginia sales tax of 6% applies to all applicable purchases. Ironcrest Arms is located in the Richmond area (Central Virginia transportation district).
Law enforcement agencies and government entities with tax-exempt status must provide documentation before purchase.
Service Work
Turnaround, Pickup & Liability

Unclaimed Property
Firearms and other items left at our facility beyond the 30-day pickup window without contact from the owner will incur storage charges. Items remaining unclaimed for an extended period may be disposed of in accordance with Virginia law.
NFA Services
NFA items are non-refundable once ATF paperwork has been submitted. If a Form 4 transfer is denied by the ATF, the buyer is responsible for arranging an alternate transfer or disposition.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once an item has shipped, the return policy applies.
Custom builds and NFA manufacturing cannot be canceled once work has started.
Law Enforcement Purchase Orders
Law enforcement quotes are valid for 30 days and subject to change after that period. Departments may purchase via purchase order with net-30 invoicing.

Damages, Loss & Theft
Once an item is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of damage is the buyer’s responsibility. We will assist in filing carrier claims.
If a firearm shipped to or from Ironcrest Arms is lost or stolen in transit, report it to us immediately so we can file the required report with the ATF.

All transfers comply with federal, state, and local law.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are subject to change without notice. Online inventory is updated regularly but does not guarantee availability.
If an item is out of stock or discontinued after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
Compliance
We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be completed in compliance with federal, state, or local law. We do not ship to jurisdictions where the item is restricted.
Buyer is responsible for knowing their local laws.
Warranty
Ironcrest Arms manufactured products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Contact us if you experience an issue with an Ironcrest product.
Warranty claims on third-party products (Sig Sauer, Glock, BCM, etc.) should be directed to the original manufacturer.
