Cleaning & Maintenance Lab
Multi-Weapon Cleaning Capacity
Our cleaning lab supports simultaneous deep-soak cleaning of multiple firearms at a time. This is designed for law enforcement agency visits where an entire fleet of duty weapons needs to be serviced in a single appointment — not a one-gun-at-a-time retail cleaning station.
Capabilities include field-strip cleaning, full disassembly, solvent soaking, ultrasonic cleaning where applicable, lubrication, and function checks. Written condition notes provided for each weapon on request.
Testing & Validation
Outdoor Range Access
Every manufactured firearm and every serviced weapon we return to a law enforcement agency is function-tested prior to delivery. We utilize outdoor range access for live-fire function verification, zero confirmation, and post-build validation.
This is not an optional step. No rifle or NFA item leaves our facility without a confirmed function check.
Firearm Destruction
Documented Destruction Capability
We maintain torch cutting equipment for firearm destruction — the ATF-accepted method for rendering firearms permanently inoperable. Torch cuts are applied to the receiver, barrel, and other critical components sufficient to meet the ATF’s definition of destruction.
Every destruction is video-recorded, logged in our A&D bound book, and issued a Certificate of Destruction. Chain-of-custody documentation is provided from intake through final disposition.
We serve law enforcement agencies for evidence room cleanouts and seized firearm disposal, as well as municipal localities running buyback and give-back programs under Virginia Code § 15.2-915.5.
