In-person services are scheduled at our North Chesterfield location; consultations are conducted remotely by phone or video. You will receive a confirmation and reminder by email.

APPOINTMENT REQUIRED FOR ALL VISITS

Drop-offs, pickups, and FFL transfer receipts are by appointment only. Unscheduled arrivals cannot be accommodated.

01 — Drop-Off

In-Person — NFA, Gunsmithing, HB 40, Optic Cuts

Bring	Government-issued ID and any relevant paperwork (Form 1 copy, etc.)

02 — Pickup

In-Person — Completed Work and Released Transfers

Common Services	Completed builds, serialized firearms, approved Form 4 NFA items, released transfers

03 — Consultation

04 — FFL Transfer Receipt

In-Person — Form 4473 — Inbound Firearm

Transfer Fee	$25 — surcharges may apply (see notes)
Bring	Government-issued ID

Schedule after we have confirmed the firearm has arrived at our facility. Prior arrangement is required before any inbound shipment — unscheduled shipments are subject to a surcharge or may be returned to sender. See our General Services page for details.
