Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders typically ship within 3–10 business days. This covers payment verification, compliance checks, and confirmation of your receiving FFL's license where applicable. Most items are fulfilled through our distribution partners and may not ship directly from Virginia unless it is a custom Ironcrest Arms product or in-house build. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships.

Firearms & Serialized Items

All firearms and serialized components must ship to a licensed FFL dealer for transfer. We do not ship serialized items to residential addresses.

FFL Instructions

Your receiving dealer must send a copy of their license to [email protected] with your full name and order number before we ship. If we do not have your dealer's FFL on file, your order will not ship. If your dealer needs our contact info or invoice number, it is included in your receipt or they can reach us at [email protected].

Ammo, Parts & Accessories

We ship ammunition, magazines, parts, and accessories to your home address unless restricted by your state or local jurisdiction. You are responsible for knowing what is legal where you live. If we cannot ship an item to your address, we will notify you and either adjust or cancel the order.

State Restrictions & Order Refusals

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled in compliance with applicable law. This includes states and jurisdictions with assault weapon bans, suppressor restrictions, magazine capacity limits, or other regulations that affect what we can legally ship. If your order is affected, we will notify you and issue a refund.
